		The “warty cluster titanium oxide” does not contact the material directly and never corrode the material. The special blend of acrylic emulsion fix the “warty cluster titanium oxide” on the material securely and decompose toxic organic matter alone.

		Facility application of “Ｗellcoat” Unnecessary to apply primary coating but spray “Wellcoat” for 15ml/㎡～ 20ml/m2 alone. It gets dray in 30 minutes.

		Cost saving with “Ｗellcoat” With one coating method save the loss time to dry the primary coating and labor charge. Consequently, you can reduce about 50% of labor cost.

		Necessary ultraviolet radiation It's recognized that 0.1μＷ/㎡ activate the TiO2. However, it takes time to activate the TiO2 with the minimum ultraviolet radiation and it’s preferable to get enough ultraviolet radiation to activate the TiO2 in a matter of minutes. Example Under the fluorescent light(indoors): 5 ～ 20μＷ/㎡ Under the direct sunshine in summer(outside the room): 2,000 ～ 4,000μＷ/㎡ We check the application place where we can get the enough UV radiation to activate photocatalyst.

		How to apply “Ｗellcoat” We recommend to use CHIRON SPRAY SG2500 Special version. The original-designed 0.5mm sized spray nozzle with air-curtain system fix the photocatalyst on the wall more than 90%, against the ordinal spray nozzle has only 30 to 50% efficiency to fix the photocatalyst on the wall.
